What this list contains
A tool enters this list if it handles at least two of the things an agency has to handle: several creator accounts, and a team working on them. A tool that only writes messages is not a CRM and does not belong here, whatever it calls itself.
Three families emerge, and they do not substitute for one another. An agency CRM and a Telegram CRM solve different problems: the first runs an OnlyFans inbox, the second runs a Telegram account, and neither does the other one's job.
A state of "not documented publicly" does not mean the feature does not exist. It means no public page from the vendor describes it on the date it was read. That is information about the public record, not about the product.
Public prices
The entry price is the lowest published rate for one creator. It does not tell you what you will pay: several tools index the rate to what the creator earns, and others take a commission on top. Read the three columns together.

Agency CRM
Built first for an agency running several creator accounts on a subscription platform. The AI, where there is one, assists a human chatter.
Infloww is the agency CRM the rest of the category is written against. Supercreator and SyncAgency both publish a comparison page or a migration page aimed at it, and Infloww itself publishes two comparison pages plus a "Switch to Infloww" page. That position is the first reason it is listed first here.
OnlyMonster publishes more of itself than anyone else in the category: seven price tiers in full, public documentation, a dated changelog, an open API available to every user without approval, CSV and JSON export, and an llms.txt file. If you are making a decision from public information alone, this is the easiest record to read.
CreatorHero is a single platform CRM: OnlyFans, nothing else. The whole product is organised around one agency running several creator accounts, with chatter performance tracking, a revenue dashboard, PPV tracking, vault organisation with media labels and personalised mass messages to fans who are currently online.
CreatorXone is the only tool in this list whose positioning sentence names payroll: "Manage creators, analytics, payroll, and fan engagement from one dashboard". If paying a chatting team is the part of your week that hurts, this is the record to read first.
Fans-CRM is the free end of the market. The home page positions it as "Free OnlyFans Management Software" and offers a lifetime licence on signup, with no credit card. It is a desktop application for OnlyFans, aimed at creators and agencies alike.
AgencyKey is an OnlyFans CRM whose distinguishing feature is the depth of its hierarchy: up to seven role levels covering managers, team leads and chatters. Most tools in this category publish two or three levels, and the difference shows up the moment an agency has a layer of management between the owner and the chatters.
BuddyX prices by number of accounts rather than by what each creator earns, which makes it one of the few tools here whose bill does not move when a creator has a good month. Pro covers one account at $39, and the ladder runs to Enterprise at $253 for ten, which works out at $25.30 per account.
Chatterly puts chatter coaching at the centre rather than at the edge. Its reporting is built to be read with a person rather than about a person: sales, reply speed, unlock rate, shift and activity data are assembled per chatter into a coaching view.
FansMetric leads with measurement. Analytics and promo link tracking sit at the front of the product, with chatting and mass messaging built around them, which is the reverse of how most tools in this list are organised.
Hzzlr does not compete with the rest of this list, it sits underneath it. It is an operations layer rather than a chat inbox: no messaging, no vault, no fan conversation. What it does instead is the part every other tool in this category leaves in a spreadsheet.
OFManager is the oldest public record in this list: its footer carries a 2023 to 2026 copyright, where most of the tools here appeared in 2025 or 2026.
CRM plus AI chat
Sold as one product where an autonomous AI writes and sells inside the conversation, with a CRM around it. The pricing usually carries a commission.
Supercreator is the clearest example of the direction the category is taking: a CRM with an autonomous AI chatter bolted into the same account, sold on one price list.
Lurera gives the CRM away and charges only when the AI earns. The pricing page is explicit: "No setup fees. No monthly subscriptions. No per-message credits" and "You only pay when the AI makes you money".
Olys takes the most direct position of anyone here: a fully autonomous AI whose stated purpose is to remove chatters. The FAQ says "Most agencies use Olys to replace or dramatically reduce their chatter headcount overnight", and the home page says selling "is not a side feature for Olys. It’s the core."
Telegram CRM
Telegram is the platform, not a side channel. The fan is on Telegram, the payment happens on Telegram, and there is no OnlyFans integration.
CRMChat is a Telegram CRM that reaches OFM agencies through a dedicated landing page at crmchat.fan, while the product, the pricing and the documentation live on crmchat.ai. The core business is broader than this industry: the main site addresses Web3 and iGaming sales teams, and the case studies and testimonials come from there.
SyncAgency is the one tool on this page that contains no AI at all, and says so by omission across every page it publishes. It is a CRM for human chatters working on Telegram, and everything in it exists to make a shift go faster.
TG Flows is included here with a caveat that should be read first: its site does not address the adult creator niche at all. It is a general Telegram automation platform, and it appears in this list because agencies selling on Telegram use exactly this kind of product.
What is not in the list, and why
Several names circulate in the comparison tables vendors publish about each other: Botly, ChatPersona, BuddyX, FansMetric, Fanflow. They are not here until a public page on their own site has been read and dated. Citing a competitor from another competitor's table is exactly the mechanism that spreads wrong prices in this industry.
