What it replaces
Before the CRM, an OFM agency keeps three things by hand: a spreadsheet of the fans who spend, a shared login three people use from three cities, and a group chat where somebody claims the night shift. All three break at the same point, which is when a fourth person arrives.
An OFM CRM is the software that puts those three things in order. Everything else, the scripts, the follow ups, the analytics, comes afterwards and serves the same goal: letting a team work several accounts without colliding with each other or getting an account flagged.
The modules below are the ones actually found in the 17 tools tracked on this site. The order is that of a working day, not that of a sales page.
1. The fan record
This is the core. One record per fan, carrying what he spent, what he bought, when he is online, and what a chatter wrote down about him. Without it, every chatter restarts the conversation from nothing, and the fan can tell.
What vendors publish varies a lot. Infloww describes an insights panel "including spending power and chargeback risk". CreatorHero publishes fan analytics down to spend, subscription length and time zone. SyncAgency puts a three tab fan panel next to the conversation whose sales tab shows the script used, the media sent and the fan's purchase rate.
The question to ask in a demo is not "do you have a fan record" but "what does the chatter see without leaving the conversation". A record that has to be opened in another tab will not be read during a busy shift.
2. The inbox and its division
A creator who is doing well produces more messages than one person can handle. The module that solves this cuts a single inbox into several queues, so two chatters can work the same account without opening the same conversation.
Infloww calls it "Split Inbox" and advertises up to nine groups for one creator. OnlyMonster documents "Inboxes - Advanced Group Chat Splitting" and a "Speed Chatting Mode". SyncAgency has a box mode that distributes conversations among chatters and refreshes every fifteen minutes, plus a conversation lock. CRMChat, on the Telegram side, solves a neighbouring problem: it remembers which model account a fan was last talked to from and always reopens the chat from that account.
Two chatters in the same conversation means one fan getting two different openers ten minutes apart. Ask precisely how the tool prevents that: by distribution, by lock, or not at all.
3. Scripts, vault and PPV
The vault is the media library, the scripts are the pre written messages, and the PPV is the paid message that sells them. The three belong together because a script without media sells nothing and media without a script goes out at the wrong moment.
Infloww sells "Vault Pro" and "Scripts" grouped into storylines, with tracking of what was sent and what was purchased. OnlyMonster publishes "Message Templates V.2" with folders, paid text and paid media. SyncAgency keeps vault and scripts separate per model, organises scripts by sales phase (opener, upsell, closer, follow up) and supports variables such as first name and last purchase. CreatorHero organises the vault with media labels.
The thing to check is tracking: does the tool know which media has already gone to this fan. Infloww states it outright with "Never send the same media twice". That is the difference between a library and a vault.
4. Mass DM and triggers
A mass DM sends one message to a segment. Triggers send a message when a fan does something. Both exist to make revenue while nobody is working.
Infloww groups these rules under "Smart Messages", with message sequences and auto-renew campaigns. SyncAgency schedules recurring mass DMs on the quarter hour and can push a PPV with its Unlock button inside a bulk send.
Watch the segmentation mechanics. A mass DM that filters only on subscription status will send the same offer to a fan who has spent a thousand dollars and to a fan who has never bought anything.
5. Chatters, roles and shifts
This is the module that separates a creator tool from an agency tool. It contains three distinct things: who is allowed to do what, who works when, and what happened while they worked.
OnlyMonster publishes over twenty customisable permissions, shift based access control, an activity time tracker and a message tracker. Infloww publishes roles and permissions, employee shifts and employee reports. SyncAgency publishes a blocking shift start modal, an automatic end, and a leaderboard with drill down by chatter, by model and by period. CRMChat restricts what the chatter role can do to the account, to protect the model's account.
Of the 17 tools tracked, 7 publish shift scheduling: Infloww, OnlyMonster, CreatorXone, Fans-CRM, SyncAgency, AgencyKey, Hzzlr. The full detail is on the chatter management and shifts page.
6. Payroll and commission
This is the hole in the category. Paying a chatting team means crossing hours, attributed sales and a commission rate, and almost no CRM does it.
Across the 17 records on this site, 2 tools name payroll as a feature: CreatorXone, Hzzlr, whose positioning sentence reads "Manage creators, analytics, payroll, and fan engagement from one dashboard". SyncAgency gets close without arriving: revenue per hour worked, a leaderboard and a per chatter "golden ratio" are published, but no pay calculation is named.
Everyone else publishes employee reports, which give you the raw material for the calculation without doing the calculation. In practice, payroll leaves the CRM and ends up in a spreadsheet. It is the first thing to ask about once your team passes five people.
7. Analytics
Three families of numbers live side by side and get confused constantly: what the platform reports, what the team produces, and where the fans came from.
OnlyMonster documents "Traffic Metrics V2.0" with bot detection, "Chatting Metrics" and a data export, and advertises over twenty metrics on tracking links including profit, cost per click and per fan, earnings per click and average revenue per fan. Olys publishes ARPU, tip rate and PPV conversion.
Definitions matter more than the numbers. The analytics page takes each metric and says how it is computed.
8. Account safety
A creator account opened from four different IP addresses in one day triggers checks. The safety module exists to avoid that, and it is often the only technical argument a vendor makes.
Infloww advertises a unique IP per creator, built-in proxies, two factor authentication and a sensitive word blocker. OnlyMonster includes a primary proxy on every Pro plan, sells backup proxy upgrades, and does face verification when an account is added. CreatorXone charges three cents a day for a proxy. CRMChat gives a custom proxy per account even on the free plan, warms accounts up, and pauses an account for two hours when it receives a spam report. Fans-CRM bundles a VPN and an antidetect browser. Lurera states the reason plainly: without proxy support, each team member logs in from a different IP, which triggers face verification.
What no CRM does
It does not publish your content. None of the 17 tools schedules a creator's feed the way it handles messages. The CRM lives in the conversation.
It does not make anything compliant. No software can put you in order with a platform. What OnlyFans publishes about AI chat, and what that means in practice, is quoted exactly on the CRM and AI chat page.
It does not recruit or train your chatters. It measures what they do. That is useful, and it is a different thing.
Two ways on from here: the full list of 17 tools if you want to compare, or the guide by agency size if you want to know which ones apply to you.
