What does an OFM CRM cost per month?

Published entry prices across the records on this site run from free to $79 a month, and the top published per creator rate reaches $299.99. The spread is wide because four different billing models coexist.

The lowest published entry rate is AgencyKey at $10 per creator per month. Flat rates sit around $39 to $40 (CreatorHero $39.99, FansMetric $39, Infloww from $40). Tools indexed to creator earnings climb from there: OnlyMonster to $250, Chatterly to $200, Supercreator to $299 on Super AI.

The number you should compute is not the entry price, it is your monthly bill at your actual roster and your actual earnings brackets, plus any commission.

Is there a genuinely free OFM CRM?

Yes, several, and they are not trials.

Supercreator publishes CRM Lite as free for up to ten accounts, with the desktop app, a fan CRM and the mobile app. OFManager publishes the first five creator accounts as free for an agency, plus a free plan for creators up to three accounts, with tracking links free for everyone. Fans-CRM offers a free lifetime licence with no card. Lurera gives the CRM away at "$0 forever" and earns only on AI commission. CRMChat has a Starter plan "Free forever, no credit card required" with one Telegram connection.

Read what the free tier excludes rather than what it includes. Supercreator caps CRM Premium at 500 AI messages a month, Lurera charges 15% then 10% on AI revenue, and Fans-CRM publishes no legal entity at all.

Does OnlyFans allow AI chat tools?

This site states what is published and draws no conclusion, because nobody can give you that answer for your situation.

Verified 13 September 2026: the OnlyFans Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and Fan/Creator contract contain no rule on AI chat. A Community Guidelines help article titled "Can I use an AI chatbot on OnlyFans?" says: "OnlyFans does not have a public facing API and Creators may not directly integrate AI chat bots into the OnlyFans platform." An earlier version of that article read: "No. You cannot use an AI chatbot to write chats or direct messages on OnlyFans."

Telegram is a different situation: bots and Stars are official platform features.

Vendors disagree with each other in public, and the disagreement is documented on the CRM and AI chat page.

Can one CRM handle both OnlyFans and Telegram?

Partly, and the difference matters.

OnlyMonster documents Telegram as a managed team account: proxies, account assignment, shift based access, a fan overview widget, permissions, content blur and a chat translator. That is team tooling on a Telegram account, not conversational selling.

CRMChat, SyncAgency and TG Flows are built for Telegram and have no OnlyFans integration at all. SyncAgency states it plainly: it does not manage an OnlyFans feed.

No CRM in this list runs both channels with equal depth. Most agencies end up with one tool per channel.

Why is Infloww ranked first here?

On three public facts, stated on the home page with their sources: it is the tool the rest of the category writes comparison and migration pages against, it publishes the deepest team operations feature set, and it publishes its entry price.

It is explicitly not first at everything. It does not publish its twelve earnings tiers, it has no autonomous chatting AI in production, and its own blog argues against the AI its roadmap is building.

Which CRM handles payroll for a chatting team?

Two, and they do different amounts of it.

CreatorXone names "payroll automation" in its positioning sentence. Hzzlr goes further: it splits revenue between agency, chatters and creators and issues the matching invoices, but it is an operations layer without a chat inbox, so it is bought in addition to a chatting CRM rather than instead of one.

Everyone else publishes employee reports, which give you the raw material without doing the calculation. In practice, payroll leaves the CRM and lands in a spreadsheet.

What does a commission actually cost compared to a subscription?

Run one number before you choose. Take the monthly revenue your AI or your tool would touch, apply the published rate, and compare it to the subscription you would otherwise pay.

On a creator whose AI generates $5,000 a month, a 10% commission is $500 on that one account. The most expensive flat subscription on this site is $299.99 per creator per month. Below roughly $3,000 of AI revenue per creator, commission usually wins. Above it, it usually does not.

Published rates: Lurera 15% then 10% on net revenue from messages and tips. Supercreator 5% of AI net sales on Super AI. SyncAgency 15% on sales through its payment partner. Hzzlr 20% to 25% on its Managed Hub option.

What should I check in the terms before signing?

Four clauses that are rarely on the pricing page.

How refunds work. OnlyMonster states refunds are credited "exclusively" to an internal balance, prorated on unused days.

Whether a reserve is held on your sales. SyncAgency publishes "a 10% reserve held for 60 days" in its terms, alongside a possible fan side service fee and processing fees, none of which appear in its pricing section.

What the export contains, in what format, and whether there is an API. That determines whether you can ever leave.

Which legal entity you are contracting with, and where. Five of the records on this site publish a company with an address. The rest publish a company name at best.

How often is this site checked?

Every record carries the date each source page was read, and the status bar at the top of every page carries the data revision date. Prices in this category move, and a figure without a date is worthless.

If a price has changed, send the URL of the pricing page showing it. That is all that is needed to correct a record.
